What's Included?

• Private charter plane from SJO domestic airport to the jungle and car transportation to the Imiloa Institute through CarmonAir

• 5 nights luxury accomodations at the Imiloa Institute in Costa Rica

  • Single and double occupancy options. The best accommodations for doubles who are not couples are the Geodesic Domes because they are large enough for 2 King beds. ​

  • Options with A/C: Domes, Bali Suites, and some of jungle bungalows

  • Daily housekeeping included

  • Shampoo, conditioner and body wash

  • Towels for showering and for swimming

• 3  gourmet plant-based meals per day. Including snacks, fruits, juices, coffee, and tea station available throughout the day​

  • Water is safe to drink onsite from the tap

  • Daily Coffee or tea of choice will be delivered to your lodging each morning​

• Access to our private waterfall, river, swimming hole, yoga shala, shared ocean view pool, gardens and many jungle trails perfect for exploration and meditation.

Property and Cancellation Policies:

 

• All information about travel logistics will be given to you via our welcome email after purchase

• I understand insurance is strongly recommended in order to protect my investment and I acknowledge that all payments made to Luminous Embrace LLC are non-refundable . *

• Although we cannot advise on specific policies or providers www.globalrescue.com is a great option for recommended travel, medical and "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance provider. I understand this insurance must be purchased within 20 days of purchasing travel. *

• I understand I must have medical and travel insurance and by accepting Terms and Conditions I am affirmatively stating I have necessary coverage.

• I understand Imiloa is a dry (alcohol and drug free) and plant based campus and I will email the Retreats Concierge Team at impact@imiloainstitute.com if I have any questions about this.

• I grant Imiloa Institute permission to call, email, or text me using the contact details I provided.

• I understand that chargebacks are not an acceptable way to cancel my ticket and will be contested. I also understand that a default of payment on my purchase is not an acceptable form of cancellation.

 

Terms and Conditions

Costs associated with passports (required), airfare to SJO, flight changes, airline baggage fees for any and all baggage, medical and travel insurance, vaccinations, gratuities and taxes for personal services, spa services and tours/excursions outside of what is included in the package must be met by the participant. Cancellation for any reason insurance is required. Cancel for any reason travel insurance ensures you are covered should any unexpected event arise. In the case that personal, political, environmental, health or weather related incident or pre-existing medical condition may prevent or interrupt your travels.

• A non refundable deposit will be made, amount will depend on your accommodation choice. 

• All purchases are fully non refundable within 90 days of the event start date.

• Cancellations between 90 - 180 days will get a 50% refund 

• Cancellations between purchase and 180 days from the event will be refunded 80%

• I have read, understand and fully accept the Terms and Conditions of this purchase.
