Revive & Thrive Retreat

COSTS, FEES, AGREEMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
 

In securing and paying for your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accept, and agree to comply with all of the terms, costs, fees, agreement, and responsibilities outlined herewith.


Included in your paid Revive & Thrive Costa Rica registration:

  •  

  • Private charter plane and transportation within Costa Rica from SJO airport to the jungle/resort

  • Sunset welcome reception with cocktails & appetizers

  • Five-nights of luxury accommodations at Imiloa resort*

  • Gourmet, plant-based meals for breakfast, lunch dinner with snacks and beverages included**

  • Morning delivery of coffee or tea to your room

  • Daily AM yoga & breath work

  • Excursions, ceremonies, jungle yoga, and Earth medicine experiences throughout

  • Closing fire ceremony at beautiful Playa Linda with snacks and beverages


*individual room details/occupancy selected by the participant at registration
**option to add on-demand beverage package including specialty coffees, smoothies & juices for an additional fee


Your responsibility:

 

  • Costs associated with passports, visas, etc.

  • Required vaccinations

  • Round-trip airfare  to SJO airport including any associated flight change fees, airline baggage fees, and travel insurance

  • Medical insurance and travel insurance* that protects you in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as personal, political, environmental, health, or weather-related incidents or pre-existing medical condition that prevent or interrupt your travels.

  • Gratuities and taxes for personal services. spa services, and tours/excursions not explicitly included in the Revive & Thrive package must be met by the participant

 

*Although we cannot advise on specific policies or providers, www.globalrescue.com offers travel, medical, and "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance; this insurance must be purchased within 20 days of your travel purchase.

Unique Property Policies:
 
Imiloa is a dry (alcohol- & drug-free) and plant-based campus. If you have unique concerns about your diet during your stay, you must contact the Retreats Concierge Team at impact@imiloainstitute.com directly to address/resolve your concerns.

By registering to attend, you grant Imiloa Institute permission to call, email, or text you using the contact details you provided.

Chargebacks are not an acceptable way to cancel my ticket, accommodations, or registration; all chargebacks will be contested. I also understand that a default of payment on my purchase is not an acceptable form of cancellation.


 Cancellation & Refund Policies:

  • Chargebacks are not an acceptable way to cancel a  ticket, accommodations, or registration; all chargebacks will be contested.

  • Default of payment is not an acceptable form of cancellation.

  • Purchases are non-refundable after 8/12/2023 (90 days before the event)

  • Cancellations requested & approved before 4/14/2023 will be refunded at 80% minus any applicable fees

  • Cancellations requested & approved between 4/15/2023 and 8/11/2023 will be refunded at 50% minus any applicable fees


Additional details relating to your experience will be provided via email after registration and prior to the workshop.
