COSTS, FEES, AGREEMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
In securing and paying for your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accept, and agree to comply with all of the terms, costs, fees, agreement, and responsibilities outlined herewith.
What's Included in your Package:

Private charter plane from SJO domestic airport to the jungle and car transportation to theImiloa Institute through CarmonAir

5 nights luxury accomodations at the Imiloa Institute in Costa Rica

Single and double occupancy options. The best accommodations for doubles who are not couples are the Geodesic Domes because they are large enough for 2 King beds. ​

Options with A/C: Domes, Bali Suites, and some of jungle bungalows

Daily housekeeping included

Shampoo, conditioner and body wash

Towels for showering and for swimming

3 gourmet plant-based meals per day. Including snacks, fruits, juices, coffee, and tea station available throughout the day​

Possible Additional Costs outside of the package you are responsible for:

Round-trip airfare to SJO airport including any associated flight change fees, airline baggage fees, and travel insurance

Medical insurance and travel insurance* that protects you in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as personal, political, environmental, health, or weather-related incidents or pre-existing medical condition that prevent or interrupt your travels.

Gratuities and taxes for personal services, spa services, and tours/excursions not explicitly included in the Revive & Thrive package must be met by the participant
*Although we cannot advise on specific policies or providers, www.globalrescue.com offers travel, medical, and "Cancel for Any Reason" insurance; this insurance must be purchased within 20 days of your travel purchase.
Unique Property Policies:

Imiloa is a dry (alcohol- & drug-free) and plant-based campus.

Chargebacks are not an acceptable way to cancel my ticket, accommodations, or registration; all chargebacks will be contested. I also understand that a default of payment on my purchase is not an acceptable form of cancellation.

A non refundable deposit will be made, amount will depend on your accommodation choice.

All purchases are fully non refundable within 90 days of the event start date.

Cancellations between 90 - 180 days will get a 50% refund

Cancellations between purchase and 180 days from the event will be refunded 80%
